Frequently Asked Questions

Online registration is a simple process. Once the form has been submitted, it takes 1-2 working days to have your account ready for use. The Regional Advocate and Member Support team will contact you to arrange an onboarding session which will start your member engagement journey.

With your organization’s membership, ALL of your employees can access the resources of the EDM Council. Once your organization’s membership is activated, individuals can create their logins using their company email address. All employees can take advantage of other benefits, such as discounts to EDM Council Training programs. Contact Member Services for any questions or support.

Click on the sign-in button at the top of this page. One of the options on the login screen is to register. If your company is already a member firm of the EDM Council, using your company email address  automatically enables you to register as a Member.  Individuals from non-member firms can still register as a guest with some restricted areas of content.

All EDMWebinars are recorded for your on-demand viewing. Select the Engage menu, then Webinars. This will show both the upcoming and past webinars, and filters can be applied to find what you need. You may have to register separately to view webinar (and other event) recordings.

Both our frameworks can be used independently but they also complement one another. DCAM  focuses on the full data management lifecycle, while CDMC goes further into the challenges of your cloud data. For more information, please read DCAM or CDMC.  We also have many Authorized Partners who can assist you.

DCAM is available in a growing number of languages. EDM Council has collaborated with partners to provide the framework in French, Spanish and Italian. These are available upon request. Select the Contact link in the menu at the top of any webpage.
