Gold In, Gold Out: Building Trusted Data to Optimize AI

Join us in-person in London, or virtually online, on Tuesday, 7th July to hear from industry experts and practitioners and network with your peers as we explore critical data management and advanced analytics topics. DataVision is COMPLIMENTARY for members, prospective members, guests and all data management professionals

Trusted data is at the core of successful and scalable AI utilization. The EDM Association is leading the way, with our membership, to build the paths to accelerate AI capability through the development of reusable, discoverable, and governed data products and expanding staff expertise. Join us as we bring the global data community together to discuss the roadmap to accelerate AI capability – including our data product standard (DPROD) and our best practice frameworks – to address business and regulatory requirements. The days of “garbage in, garbage out” are over. With trusted data and optimized AI, we are now entering the age of “gold in, gold out.”

DataVision’s discussion topics will feature:

  • The EDM Association’s established OMG standard – DPROD (Data Products Ontology) – defining the criteria for data products for organizations to follow if they want to optimize AI agents
  • The DCAM and CDMC data management frameworks and key controls to ensure that data capabilities are fully ready for AI applications – including governance of the meaning, use and protection of data plus high quality, reusable data products in an automated, controlled environment
  • The roadmap to building your end-to-end AI capability – from trusted data and modern data architecture, to semantics, graph and ontology management, to the skills and organization design to support AI users
  • Risk, regulation and responsible AI in practice, plus the data-driven approach for measuring the business impact and ROI of AI
  • Valuing data as an asset through standardized contracts, a statutory framework and regulation – based on DPROD and DCAM, in partnership with the Isle of Man
