- Previous EDM Association training is not required.
- Places for all training courses are limited and will be sold on a first-come basis.
- A minimum of 15 students is required for this class to be held. (If it is canceled, a full refund will be offered or the seat can be transferred to a session on another date or a different course.)
- If a session is over-subscribed, EDM Association members will be given priority and other registrants will be offered a future date.
Cancellations received 2 weeks or more before the start of the course will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received under two weeks before the start of the course will be given a credit for the next occurrence of the course. The credit may be transferred within the company. The EDM Association reserves the right to cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances. In this event, a full refund will be offered or the seat can be transferred to another course.
