The WDP Mentoring Program provides an environment of trust and candid dialogue where professionals can delve into professional challenges. With the guidance of mentors and peers, mentees gain insights on how to navigate, respond, and steer towards positive outcomes. We are so pleased to offer this opportunity to ALL women data professionals – whether or not you are a member of the EDM Council’s Women Data Professionals group.
Program Details:
The Program assembles small, virtual teams of mentees and mentors, meeting four times over 3-4 months. Each session culminates in a wrap-up event where all participants are welcome to share thoughts, feedback, and ideas for future programs.

The group is global. We are organized into regional chapters – Americas, EMEA and APAC – and we also have committees that look after different initiatives and activities. Leadership positions are also available.
