Welcome to EDM Association’s Women Data Professionals Forum. Both our members and guests are invited to participate in this open interest group.
We are excited about this initiative to advance women in our profession and build an active and effective community.
The mission of the Women Data Professionals group is to provide support for and promote women in the field of data and assist in their development and promotion to more senior roles.
ALL are welcome to join and participate – women and men alike.
Please join EDM Association’s Women Data Professionals forum for two special events in celebration of Women’s History Month, inspired by the International Women’s Day 2026 (#IWD2026) theme: “Give to Gain.” Together, we’ll explore the power of mentoring, connection, and giving back to support women in our profession and beyond.
We’re excited to celebrate Women’s History Month and the power of women supporting women. We hope you’ll join us on March 10 – online and/or in-person – for a day of learning, connection, and impact. All are welcome!
This engaging webinar will be hosted by Robin Doyle and feature both mentors and mentees from the Women Data Professionals Mentoring Program sharing their experiences and the many personal and professional benefits of mentoring. The discussion will also highlight how mentoring programs strengthen our community of women data professionals and help women succeed in the workplace.

Join us for a fun and meaningful evening of networking, cocktails, and light appetizers. The evening will highlight the shared mission of Women Data Professionals and Dress for Success to support and empower women while celebrating this year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain”. Enjoy a fireside chat with Linda Powell, head of Women Data Professionals Americas chapter, and Melissa Tenzer, CEO of Dress for Success New Jersey. Hear more about how Dress for Success empowers unemployed and underemployed women to achieve economic independence through professional attire, training, and development programs.
Register for the in-person event in NYC
In the spirit of the theme “Give to Gain,” our goal is to raise $2,500 for Dress for Success. All funds raised will go directly to training, mentoring, and support programs for women entering or reentering the workforce. Reaching this goal will help more than 25 women gain the skills and confidence needed to achieve independence.
Please know there is absolutely no obligation to participate in the fundraising; we simply wanted to share this opportunity with the community.
Tuck Some Bucks Purse Drive: Donate a new or gently used purse with cash tucked inside. A professional bag can make a meaningful difference in confidence and first impressions.
