About this talk
This webinar shows how agentic AI and digital twins negotiate agreements between organizations. The session walks through a Digital Twin Consortium testbed: Automated Negotiation with Digital Twins and MAGS, built on NEC’s automated negotiation platform and XMPro’s multi-agent generative systems.
A live demonstration shows how cross-organizational negotiation, empowered by Agentic AI, can take negotiations from days to seconds. In the testbed, agents reached agreement in 98% of 1,465 sessions, in about one second per deal, building on Negotiation AI already used in NEC procurement, where 95% of delivery-date negotiations now settle automatically. Manual negotiation between organizations is slow, subjective and limited by incomplete information.
In the Automated Negotiation testbed, digital twins define each party’s utility functions while agents negotiate within institutional policies, privacy constraints and role-based access, with results measured on closing rate, utility optimization and Pareto efficiency. The speakers map the testbed to the DTC Composability Framework, the AI Agent Capabilities Periodic Table and the four layers of the Digital Twin System (DTS) Framework.
DTC is inviting organizations to participate in and partner on this testbed. Attendees will be able to judge where agent-based negotiation fits in their own cross-organizational processes and map it to the DTC Composability Framework and the DTS Framework layers.
Before the session: pick one recurring negotiation in your organization (delivery dates, prices, capacity or data-sharing terms) and note who negotiates, over which issues, and how long it takes. Bring it to the Q&A.
