Introducing the APAC Chapter of EDM Council

We are pleased to announce that EDM Council is launching a chapter in Asia Pacific region. This will enable our members and other professionals to take advantage of training, local events and networking opportunities. Many firms in the region are already members. Open Member Briefing and Reception (December 6 - 14:00-19:30)

Half-day event with panels and presentations, and evening cocktails

Join EDM Council and PwC executives and members for an enlightening afternoon discussing the latest trends, best practices and future directions in data management. Network with peers, make new connections and mingle over drinks. Program runs from 14:00-17:30 followed by the reception from 17:30-19:30.

Members and prospective members are welcome to join this first EDM Council chapter meeting. Free for members.

  • Discusses important concepts of data management - managing data as as asset, managing meaning, ensuring data is fit-for-purpose, and balancing data governance without inhibiting innovation. Gain the acumen needed to be successful in today's data-driven culture. Excellent precursor to Introduction to DCAM course.

Introduction to DCAM (December 7 - 9:00-12:00)

Initial course covering DCAM's core components

  • Presents a comprehensive introduction to the DCAM model in a practical, interactive and example-driven manner. It covers the eight core components of the DCAM framework and its key capabilities to drive an effective, strategic data management program.
