WEBINAR > Intro to DCAM and the NEW DCAM Knowledge Portal
Thursday, April 16
11 AM EDT (4 PM GMT • 5 PM CET)

Curious about EDM Council’s DCAM®? Excited to learn more about our NEW DCAM Knowledge Portal? Whether you are new to DCAM (Data Management Capabilities Assessment Model) or want to learn about the latest updates, including the new Knowledge Portal, join our webinar on April 16.

Introducing the DCAM Knowledge Portal

The DCAM Knowledge Portal is an online community of EDM Council member practitioners dedicated to the advancement and adoption of industry-standard Data Management processes, tools, and constructs based on the DCAM Framework. Working with you and other practitioners, together we will create practical HOW-side executions for data management, and a growing repository of knowledge and resources.

EDM Council's John Bottega (President), Mike Meriton (Co-Founder & COO), Mark McQueen (Senior Advisor, Best Practice & Process Management), and Colin Gibson (EMEA Regional Advocate) will host this webinar covering:

  • The DCAM v2 framework, its digital capabilities and how it is evolving
  • New DCAM models, including GDPR to DCAM Knowledge Model from our partner Solidatus, with logic for how to leverage the GDPR work across all versions of Data Privacy regulation
  • NEW DCAM Knowledge Portal, organized by the DCAM components
  • The digital DCAM Business Glossary, with over 140 standard data management terms
  • Best Practice discussion forums for members to share challenges and successes in implementing DCAM across their organization
