EDM Council requests your participation in the global Cloud Data Management Benchmark Survey. The purpose of the survey is to create a benchmark to assess data readiness and progress for cloud adoption. The survey is structured according to EDM Council’s industry-developed Cloud Data Management Capabilities (CDMC™) framework of cloud data management best practices.
Your responses will be fully anonymous and aggregated with those of other study participants to develop a benchmark analysis, to be published by the EDM Council in June 2023. Please feel free to forward the survey to any data management contacts you have in other companies, in any industry.
What is CDMC?
Cloud Data Management Capabilities (CDMC) defines the key data capabilities and controls needed to manage and protect data and accelerate cloud adoption. It was created by the EDM Council’s CDMC Working Group, with 300+ professionals participating from 100+ firms, including the world’s major cloud service providers (CSPs) – AWS, Google Cloud, IBM and Microsoft – plus leading financial firms, consultancies, technology firms and numerous corporations. It provides a guide for the migration, implementation, and protection of sensitive data in the cloud. CDMC is available for any organization to download for internal use with a free license.
